GM2 Associates, LLC was founded in 2003 by Marlene Niemeier as a venue for offering a collaboration of business expertise honed over time plus the evolution of unique individual talents and vision.
FOUNDER
Founder Marlene Niemeier brings her collaborative leadership style, financial savvy and marketing flair to a multitude of venues. She began her career in construction and real estate development, but is also an experienced commercial banker real estate lender. Her paid and volunteer leadership positions in public service, education and 501(c)3 organizations reflect her passion for change and a better world.
Marlene has a curious mind and commitment to excellence. She has earned baccalaureate and master’s degrees in management while fully engaged in professional, family and community life. She has attained licenses and industry certifications

GM2 fosters relationships with like-minded coaches, consultants and other service professionals who can benefit our clients, either by referral for a direct relationship or as part of the consultant team under a GM2 Associates, LLC engagement.
